Girls at Work isn’t just a program; it’s a movement based in Manchester, NH, designed to build confidence and strength in young girls through the power of power tools. When tasked with redesigning GirlsAtWork.org, the goal was to create a digital space that felt as sturdy, vibrant, and empowering as the workshops themselves.

Strengthening the Manchester Community

For years, Girls at Work has been a cornerstone of the Manchester community. By providing a safe space for girls to pick up a drill or a saw, the program helps them dismantle the internal barriers of “I can’t” and replace them with the confidence of “I just did.”

The website serves as the primary gateway for this mission—connecting local families to workshops, showcasing the tangible results of the girls’ hard work, and inviting the community to support a future where every girl knows her own power.
